This project will always be special to us because it was the very first design job we ever took on. Back in March of 2025, a father reached out with a unique idea for a gift for his son. He had purchased a replica of Geralt’s Steel Sword from The Witcher 3 and wanted a custom mount that would feel worthy of the piece.

After talking through his vision, we decided to design the mount based on the iconic wolf-head medallion. The idea of the wolf gripping the sword in its mouth immediately felt right—striking, recognizable, and full of character. To make it more personal, we incorporated programmable LEDs so the wolf’s eye could glow on command using a remote, and we added an additional support for the other end of the sword based on the School of the Wolf symbol and the five core signs.

We ended up designing three different wolf-head variations: one opaque black, one opaque white, and one semi-transparent white. The father loved all three so much that he ended up buying additional swords just so he could display each version.

It was an unforgettable first project and a reminder of why we love doing this kind of work—bringing someone’s idea to life in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and stunning.
